EUROPEAN UNION
- Shipping method and costs:
Free shipping. Orders are processed the following business day via DHL Express. On the Cart and Checkout pages you can check the delivery time corresponding to your country. We cannot ship to PO boxes!
- Tax payable:
Orders include 21% VAT charge. Prices in the online shop include VAT. EU companies with a valid VAT number are exempt from paying this tax (except in Spain). To proceed with a VAT exempt order, please send an e-mail to info@totemcams.com and provide all order and company information including a valid VAT number. We will provide instructions for a wire transfer or credit card payment.
OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION
- Shipping method and costs:
The shipping method and shipping costs depend on destination country and order amount. We use two methods: DHL Express and Certified Mail. On the Cart and Checkout pages you can check which method, cost and delivery time apply to your country and order amount. We cannot ship to PO boxes!
- Tax payable:
We do not charge any Spanish nor European Tax. Depending on the shipping method applied, destination Duties and Taxes may be requested on delivery. Our DHL Express method is always Delivery Duty Paid, which means you will not have to pay anything on delivery. The Certified Mail method, on orders below 400 Euro, does not usually require to pay Duties nor Taxes on delivery, but we cannot guarantee it.
